1.      View available unit(s)

2.      Obtain rental application form and co-signer application by faxing a copy to 253-446-6597 Or fill out the online version at "Apply For A Rental" or "Online Application"

3.      Complete and submit application(s) on the designated form(s) and pay the required application non-refundable fee of $35.00 for each: applicant and co-signer

4.      Be prepared to wait up to seven days for application verification

5.      If approved and the applicant decides not to rent the home, all monies declared as non-refundable will be forfeited by the applicant and or co-signer

6.      If the application is approved and the applicant accepts the available home, the applicant agrees to abide with all rules and regulations of the rental home.

7.      If the application is not approved, all monies the applicant has paid will be refunded within 24 hours of rejection, less the declared non-refundable fees

********************TENANT SCREENING CRITERA********************

A.      Rental application complete and signed by applicant via original documents or the online version

B.     Co-signer application complete and signed by the co-applicant

C.     If the applicant qualifies with D-F below a co-applicant application may not be required.  If not a co-applicant application is mandatory

D.     Income to rent ratio of 3 times the rent in income

E.     Verification of both previous and current landlords if renting

F.      Approved Tenant Screening report will be completed via our affiliates PayLink  

G.    All applications to be true and factual
